By accessing or using the services provided by Solomon Home Water Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Solomon Home Water Solutions provides water treatment services including, but not limited to:
- Whole house reverse osmosis system installation
- Water softening system installation and maintenance
- Water filtration system installation and maintenance
- Water quality testing and analysis
- System component replacement and repairs
- Ongoing maintenance services
Service Area
Our services are available in Charleston, Bluffton, Myrtle Beach, and surrounding areas in South Carolina. Service availability may vary by location. Please contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
Warranty Terms
We stand behind the quality of our installations and products:
- Digital Valve Head Components: 7-year warranty on digital valve head components against manufacturing defects
- Tanks and Housings: Limited lifetime warranty on fiberglass tanks and filter housings under normal use conditions
- Installation Workmanship: 1-year warranty on installation labor
- Consumable Parts: Filters, membranes, and other consumable parts are not covered under warranty but are available for purchase
Warranty coverage is void if the system is tampered with, improperly maintained, or damaged due to negligence, misuse, or acts of nature.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are as follows:
- A deposit may be required for system installations
- Final payment is due upon completion of installation
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Financing options may be available for qualified customers
- Service calls and maintenance work are payable at time of service
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our contact form. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a service fee.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and water system needs
- Ensure safe access to installation areas
- Follow all recommended maintenance schedules
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
- Not attempt to repair or modify installed systems without authorization
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solomon Home Water Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solomon Home Water Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You may receive text messages related to: appointment confirmations, service reminders, promotional offers, system maintenance alerts, and other updates related to your water treatment services. Message frequency varies based on your service needs and preferences.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to +1 843-920-5900. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, you may receive an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
