Hydrotech water softeners use patented Up Flow Regeneration technology. Traditional down-flow softeners regenerate the entire resin tank with every cycle, even the portions that haven't been used. Hydrotech regenerates only the exhausted portion, using 46% less salt and 67% less water. For South Carolina homeowners, this means significantly lower salt costs over the life of the system. Hydrotech also includes a lifetime valve warranty.

The Aqua Flo CRO-800UX6 delivers 93.6% contaminant rejection at 800 gallons per day, far beyond what standard under-sink RO systems achieve. The tankless design eliminates the storage tank found in conventional RO units, providing purified water on demand without capacity limitations. Solomon Home Water Solutions uses this as the standard drinking water system for homes requiring RO purification.

NRV (Natural River Values) Carbon filtration systems remove chlorine, taste, and odor from South Carolina municipal water. Solomon Home Water Solutions uses NRV Carbon for city water customers where chlorine removal and taste improvement are the primary goals. These systems are the backbone of the Whole House Refining (HTO) package, combined with Hydrotech softening.

BIF Series filters remove iron, sulfur, and manganese from well water without using chemicals. This is the appropriate choice for rural South Carolina and coastal SC homes on private wells, where iron staining, rotten egg smell, and metallic taste are common problems. BIF filters use air injection and backwash cycles to remove these minerals without potassium permanganate or other chemical treatments.

The Gen 4HP UV system inactivates bacteria, viruses, and cysts in well water without adding chemicals. This is an important addition for South Carolina well water homes where coliform bacteria or other microorganisms may be present. Solomon Home Water Solutions includes UV disinfection as part of the comprehensive drinking water system for well water customers using the Aqua Flo RO.
